Terms And Conditions
- All sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- All discounted products, including daily specials are available only while stocks last.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
- Customers can pay with cash, EPS, VISA, MasterCard, American Express credit card, Octopus or AlipayHK. Payment in installments will be not accepted.
- Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, exhibition sites, hotels, apartments under renovation, boat houses/boats, construction sites, container terminals, and addresses where delivery goods have to go through the balcony.
- For buildings without lifts or for products that can only be delivered via staircases, an additional fee of $100 per floor, up to 8 floors, will be charged.
- Goods pickup / delivery must be arranged no later than 28 February 2023. Administrative charges will be imposed on late pickup/delivery. If pickup is not arranged within three months from the purchase date, the order will be considered cancelled. Refunds do not apply to cancelled orders.
- All KEF display sale products come with a standard factory warranty: Drivers: FIVE (5) years Electronics and Accessory: TWO (2) years
