Q: WHAT IS KEF AT HOME?
A: KEF at Home is your chance to try the KC62 subwoofer for 30 days in the comfort of your own home. Experience the sound, and if you’re not completely in love, return your subwoofer for a full refund. We’ll even collect them for free. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition.
Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY BEFORE MY 30-DAY TRIAL STARTS?
A: Yes. You’ll pay 50% of what the KC62 Subwoofer cost when you start the trial. If you keep it, we'll take the other half of the payment after 30 days. If you return it within that time, we’ll check that everything’s in order and refund your payment in full.
Q: DOES MY 30-DAY TRIAL START WHEN I ORDER OR WHEN I TAKE DELIVERY?
A: Your 30-day KEF at Home trial starts the day your first 50% payment for the KC62 Subwoofer is processed.
Q: JUST TO BE CLEAR, WHO PAYS FOR DELIVERY?
A: We do. We’ll pay for the subwoofer to be delivered to you and, if needed, we’ll arrange for them to be picked up.
Q: HOW DO I RETURN MY KC62 SUBWOOFER?

Q: WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I DON’T START A RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS?
A: No. You must start the process to return your subwoofer within 30 days to get a full refund. That's 30 days from when your first payment goes through.
Q: MUST I KEEP EVERYTHING IN THE CONDITION IT ARRIVES IN?
A: Yes. Please keep the original packaging and all accessories. If the subwoofer are returned, we’ll check to make sure they’re not damaged.
Q: AM I GUARANTEED MY ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN THE KEF AT HOME PROGRAM UPON THE SIGN-UP?
A: We want as many people as possible to experience our sound, but we have a limited number of subwoofer for this trial. If we can offer you the product, we’ll send you an email to ask for payment. (Please note: products and colours depend on availability).
