Christmas & New Year Delivery
The final date to place your order online for delivery before the festive season is 22nd December.
Orders placed between 22nd December and 26th December will be dispatched from 27th December onwards. Orders placed between 29th December and 1st January will be dispatched from 2nd January onwards.
Lunar New Year Delivery
The final date to place your order online for delivery before the lunar new year is 26th January.
Orders placed between 26th January and 2nd February will be dispatched from 3rd February onwards.
Shipping
- Free delivery service applies to all online orders at kef.com.
- Delivery cannot be arranged to P.O. Box addresses.
Areas in Service
Standard Delivery Service is available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands. P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.
For the buildings without lift or for the product that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge of $100 per floor, up to 8 floors.
Shipping Days and Schedules
- The shipment will be ready in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
- Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 2-3 business days.
- Delivery service is only available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday, 9am to 12nn. No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
