All KEF products ordered on have a 30-day money back guarantee. During this time, you can return or exchange your purchase for free, and we will ensure that you get your money back. All returns (including exchanges) can be made within 30 days of receipt. As a condition of eligible returns, all returned products must be unused and please ensure the original packaging, warranty card, gifts and all other accessories are included and are undamaged. If you have a problem with your product or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We're here to help.

  • We will contact you within 1-2 working days to arrange a convenient time and date to collect the product from you
  • Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account

To start, follow the easy steps below.

To return your LS50 Wireless II speakers, follow these steps:

1. Watch the clock
Make sure you start the returns process within 30 days of your first payment. If you try return your speakers any later than that, we won’t be able to refund you. To start the process, you can:

2. Pack up
We’ll arrange for a courier to pick up the speakers.
You’ll need to get them ready for collection. Please:
  • Pack the speakers into the original KEF packaging
  • Include all accessories (2 x power cables, inter-speaker cable, remote control and 3 x information booklets)
  • Seal the box with see-through tape
  • Attach the return shipping label.
​​​​​​​3. Hang tight
​​​​​​​ Once the speakers are back with us, we’ll check that everything’s in order before processing the refund. We’ll inspect them to make sure they’re in like-new condition. If the speakers have been damaged, through abnormal use, we may not refund you.

​​​​​​​4. Get your money back
If we’re refunding you, we’ll send the money back to the card you’ve used. We’re not able to credit a different card or use anything but the original payment method.
