All KEF products ordered on kef.com have a 30-day money back guarantee. During this time, you can return or exchange your purchase for free, and we will ensure that you get your money back. All returns (including exchanges) can be made within 30 days of receipt. As a condition of eligible returns, all returned products must be unused and please ensure the original packaging, warranty card, gifts and all other accessories are included and are undamaged. If you have a problem with your product or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We're here to help.

The Return and Exchange Process
- Select 'Exchange' under the 'Reason for Return' menu if you'd like to exchange your product(s)

- We will contact you within 1-2 working days to arrange a convenient time and date to collect the product from you
- Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed
- The 30-day money back guarantee is valid for orders placed via KEF.com only

In-Store Return Policy
For products purchased from KEF Music Gallery and KEF Music Studio, we offer a 7-day quality guarantee where we will replace your product with a new unit in the event of a defective product. If you believe your product is defective, please contact our Customer Support Team at (852) 2410 8188 during our hours of operation, Mon-Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm to request for an exchange.
If we determine that the product is defective and you are eligible to exchange for a new unit, please follow the instruction of our Customer Support Team and send back your product with the original receipt and original packaging within 7 days of the date you receive the product.
