All KEF products ordered on have a 30-day money back guarantee. During this time, you can return or exchange your purchase for free, and we will ensure that you get your money back. All returns (including exchanges) can be made within 30 days of receipt. As a condition of eligible returns, all returned products must be unused and please ensure the original packaging, warranty card, gifts and all other accessories are included and are undamaged. If you have a problem with your product or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We're here to help.

Try the LS50 Wireless II speakers for 30 days at home. Experience the sound, and if you’re not completely in love, return your speakers for a full refund. We’ll even collect them for free. Just be sure to start the return process within 30 days of your speakers being delivered. T&Cs apply.

How To Return Your LS50 Wireless Il Speakers

You’ll need to start the process to return your speakers within 30 days of them being delivered. To do that, you can:
Once a return date is arranged, you’ll need to pack the speakers into the original packaging. All accessories ((2 x power cables, inter-speaker cable, remote control and 3 x information booklets) will need to be returned too. Please seal the box with see-through tape and attach the return shipping label.
  1. We’ll arrange for a courier to pick up the speakers.
  2. Checking for any damage
  3. Once the speakers are back with us, we’ll check that everything’s in order before processing the refund.
We’ll inspect them to make sure they’re in like-new condition. If the speakers have been damaged, through abnormal use, we may not refund you.
If we’re refunding you, we’ll send the money back to the card you’ve used. We’re not able to credit a different card or use anything but the original payment method.
