All returns (including exchanges) can be made within 30 days of receipt. For products purchased from KEF Music Gallery, we offer a 7-day quality guarantee where we will replace your product with a new unit in the event of a defective product. If you believe your product is defective, please contact our Customer Support Team at (852) 2410 8188 during our hours of operation, Mon-Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm to request for an exchange. 
 
If we determine that the product is defective and you are eligible to exchange for a new unit, please follow the instruction of our Customer Support Team and send back your product with the original receipt and original packaging within 7 days of the date you receive the product.
