How do I register my product? Do I have to purchase it at kef.com?
Create a myKEF account or log into your existing account. Click on 'My Products', then 'Register New Product' and complete the registration form. You can register a product purchased from kef.com or any of our authorised retailers.
I haven't received my unique discount code via email - what should I do?
To receive your discount code email with details on how to claim this offer, you need to opt-in to receive KEF newsletters. If you have already signed up, please check your Spam folder. If you cannot locate your email or if you have not received one, please contact us.
Can I still register my product if I've lost my invoice?
Please contact us if you encounter any difficulties with your product registration.

- This promotion runs from 16 May to 16 June 2024 at 23:59 HKT.
- Only LSX & LS50 Wireless owners are eligible for this promotion. In order to receive their unique codes, customers must register their products on myKEF before or within the promotion period.
- Customers must opt-in to receive KEF marketing emails and retain proof of their Promotion Registration Confirmation. If customers have not opted in to receive marketing updates, they can contact us with proof of their product registration to receive their discount codes.
- Customers will receive two discount codes via email after registering their existing LSX or LS50 Wireless products on myKEF. These codes can be used to purchase one LSX II at 27% off, and one LS50 Wireless II at 20% off on kef.com. To use the discount code, it must be added to the 'Discount Code' field during the checkout process.
- Discount codes will be valid until 23 June 2024. Each code can only be redeemed once.
- This offer is available online at kef.com, or in-store at KEF Music Gallery, KEF Music Studio and at participating authorised retailers in Hong Kong & Macau. Find your nearest retailer here.
- To claim this promotion at participating retailers, customers need to provide their myKEF Promotion Registration email, which features their unique discount codes. The retailer will then provide a discount for in-store purchases.
